Assigning Time lines

I am working on assigning Time lines to certain changes in reports which are below

Could you help me with assigning Time to accomplish.

Wish I can hel you more. Bur this is very specific and I wont be doing the right thing if I say something without knowing the requirements in full.

Yes Can you give me a rough estimate on each of them and if it like having 50 % queries being complex and 50% being simple.If you say 5 ppl are working on the total 100 reports.

My understanding is your question is to estimate how much time will it take to do the tasks listed by you, right?

At the outset, the time depends on who does the tasks and there is no objective of scientific way to estimate.

2. Testing it and if everything looks good then dropping the old characteristic.

The efforts here will vary a lot. If the testing goes good, it is different and if the testing does not go good, you have to re work. It all depends on how complex the reports are, where from you get data, volume of data, no of people involved in testing, support from the users and so forth.

3. Testing the reports with the new characteristic.

Same as 2 above.

4. Releasing it to QA.

You may collect all the 100 reports in one transport and transport. This should not take much time to export and import.

5. Testing in QA

Same as 2 above.

6. Release it to PROD

same as in 4 above.
