what is importance of smq1 & smq2 tcodes/

Hi,

SMQ1 and SMQ2 give you the status of the messages in the outbound and inbound queue respectively.

Sometimes, a message maybe be held up. These transaction allows us to see the messages in those queues and the reason why they might be held up. Messages can be blocked by the 1st message in the queue. With these transactions, you can see why the message was blocked, and also be able to restart or delete the message to allow the subsequent messages to go thru.
