How to Inactivate " Import All Requests Button"

Good Afternoon,

Somebody can tell me how to inactivate "Import All Request Button" in STMS transaction.

We have installed ECC 6.0

Kernel: Patch Level 99.

SAP BASIS 7.0 Patch Level 10.
