Delta Load from ODS source to Cubes

We are running a delta load via a process chain, which loads fine to ODS staging. The load fails when trying to reach the cube targets, the message that we get is as below:

Error 7 when sending an IDoc

Logon failed 3

Errors in source system

In this case the source system is myself. Has anyone come across this problem and if so how was it resolved? Thanks

Hi Niten,

Check the connection of myself system . RSA1->Sourcesystem->Myself->rightclick & Check..

It is issue with source system (myself bW) system. you will find various reasons in the log like user is locked etc.

Thanks for that have checked and the connection is okay, the user is not logged. I have checked the roles that the BWREMOTE user has is there a specific role which is required? We are on BI 7 where can I find the log files that you are referring to? Thanks

Hi,

What exacytly the error message you came across.? Go to the job logs in SM37, and let us know the exact error message or from details tab in monitor screen or the error message button from status.

Hi Niten!

Maybe there was some source system problem during process chain execution; it's possible that this problem there isn't anymore...

If your remaining data load flow is not so complex (starting from ODS...), try to execute the upload manually in subsequent datatarget and let us know...
