I have an image that is to be scanned in local machine.Now this image(in local machine) is to be uploaded into EP database(oracle 10i).
What will be the steps to upload the Image.

Where do you want to upload the image to? A KM repository? Part of the the portal theme/branding image? A user photo (whos who )? Your own custom table within the database? What format do you wish to store the image in?

we are implementing cumpus management the client have a requirement that for student image we want to upload into database oracle10i.
which is the best approach? and what are the tech req need in these case.

Hi,
I would suggest saving the photos in KM Repository.
Check the User Details iView, which can save user photos:

If this does not suite your needs, then create your own Custom IView, to save photos in KM Repository.
