S/4 HANA and ECC master data synchronization

Hi,

I have a scenario for upgrade from ECC to S/4 and looking forward for the people to come forward with there valuable suggestions:

1. I am working for a global company and for which we are upgrading ECC to S/4, but as a pilot, only few countries like X, Y, Z will go live but other countries from A to W will go live later.

2. As a pilot only XYZ is going live obviously we will migrate relevant customer master data and not the all

3. in that case if a particular customer say 555 is migrated with XYZ countries go live and if a third party order is raised where the vendor belongs to A country who is still in ECC how will it work or vice versa?

4. if the same customer 555 is also available in some other sales area for example in country C what will happen to him?

5. if the sold to party 555 is moved to S/4 and ship to is still in ECC what is the kind of implications?

Looking forward for all these ambiguous ideas banging my head. Could any one help on this please?
