Apple Push Notifications with BI Mobile for iOS

Hi,

Has someone reproduced with success the steps detailed on KBA 2319187 - How to enable Apple Push Notifications with BI Mobile for iOS ?

We are on 4.2 SP3 Patch 4 and we are not able to receive the iOS native notifications on the iOS device in any of the considered scenarios (re-schedule, document update or brodcast notification).

We have checked that all settings are in (theoretically) agreement with requested settings specified on KBA and Mobile Guides (see link). Analysis of logs does not provide any clue.

Any experience or previous feedback when implementing this feature will be welcome.
