Can somebody give me the archtecture of adapter angine and adapter framework and how how the message will be process by the adapter engine after receving the message from the messsaging service in detail.
It connects senders and receivers that do not speak the XI message protocol by handing over messages to the Integration Engine and the other way round. Additional non-central Adapter Engines can be installed on the J2EE part of SAP Web AS 6.40 without Integration Engines.
Non-central Adapter Engines
It could be J2EE-based Adapter Engine or Plain J2SE Adapter Engine
