Hello

can someone help me Remove empty and zero values for columns. I want to create a formula that hides empty and zero values from columns (done by selecting it from a dropdown). I am currently using the formula:

=IF($B$25=$E$1,EPMReportOptions("000","KeepEmptyColumns =HideEmptyandZero"),EPMReportOptions("000","KeepEmptyColumns =true"))

However it is showing an error "String was not recognized as a valid Boolean." If I replace Hide with Remove, it works perfectly. It seems this function is catered only to remove and not to hide.

Could someone explain why this works for Remove columns but not Hide?

Thank you! Dru

By the way, the syntax is incorrect! Result: "String was not recognized as a valid Boolean."

Please copy syntax from help:

"KeepEmptyColumns =RemoveEmptyandZero"

P.S. Just tested with formula:

=EPMReportOptions("000","KeepEmptyColumns =RemoveEmptyandZero")

Working correctly!

P.P.S

"Could someone explain why this works for Remove columns but not Hide?" - Because it's documented to work only for Remove!

And it's clearly stated in help:

https://help.sap.com/viewer/ec68e48b18a44a49abb12b8ee8ae306f/10.0.28/en-US/f9c1a33b6faf1014878bae8cb0e91070.html

"The settings you define for the sheet apply to all the reports of the sheet. However, you can modify the settings for a specific report in the Options tab of the Report Editor. Note that you cannot hide the empty columns and the empty rows for a report. Only the Keep all and Remove Empty options are available."
