Failures in communication with Amazon SES

All our campaigns are failing at some point to send data to Amazon with an error:

API error: Code "500", Reason: "Internal Server Error", Message: "", RequestID: ""

Sometimes we get a request id, sometimes we don't. We have contacted Amazon and they are asking us for more details.

Amazon is asking us, what retry logic is used. They ask if we can provide message id's and whether we can provide a complete debug output for the error message.

Is anyone else experiencing or has experience issues with Amazon error 500? Is there a way how to automate failed campaign restart? I have seen CUAN_MKT_EXEC_COLL_ABORTED, but not sure what that is doing.

    What others are doing in such cases? Just restarting campaigns?
