Can the CMS database be migrated from Crystal Reports V10 to Crystal reports 2013

We have thousands of archived reports in Crystal Enterprise express v10 from 2005 to 2017

We are installing Crystal Reports 20133 server and would be able access the archive of reports.

We have the filestore but without the CMS database data to say what each report was and when it was run we will have to keep Enterprise express running - which we want to retire for security purposes.

Is there a migration path we can use to make the archived reports available ?

The archived reports are in Crystal enterprise Express v10 & in the CMS DB - we still maintain a server with it running and I can see all the folders, and files, under the output file store.

Just to clarify - all those "archived" report are not in the CMS DB, they are simply stored on the hard drive ?
If that is the case, there is no out of the box tool to import them.
You'll need to use some third party solution or SDK. Or import them into one of the previous versions that still had CR Publisher (a tool that could import multiple reports at once into Repository).
