Need help on SHA2 Certificates for AS2.

I want to know how to create SHA2 certificates in NWA Certificates for AS2.

Currently the system generates only SHA1 Certificates. Please guide on the procedure and if any notes need to be applied or configuration need to be done to generate SHA2 or SHA256 Type certificates.

I never had success with generating SHA2 certificate directly from NWA . You may use OpenSSL and Generate those this is possible.

Thanks Manoj for your response, Since SHA1 certificates have been stopped by partners as they have become obsolete from Nov 2016. Is there any guide or link which we can refer to for generating the keys?

I have generated the Public cert and Private Key for SHA256, Public certificate gets imported in NWA without any issue, but Private key (.key) file generated by OpenSSL is not importing into NWA. What is the acceptable format of private key that can be imported into NWA certificates section?

Yes you are on right track ! The private key generate by OpenSSL is not supported by NWA , you need to use the OpenSSL commands to convert the generated key into PKCS12/PKCS8 format.
