Blank screen while opening Lumira in launch pad with 3 blue dots

Hi,

When we tried to open Lumira dashboard in IE 11 (not in emulated to lower level mode) also in Chrome it is showing blank screen with 3 blue dots and never opens.

I checked

2217644 - When Trying to View Lumira Documents through BI Launch Pad, Internet Explorer Displays Blank Screen

it is not set to go to lower level from 11. we are in

Lumira 1.31.3

both in server and desktop.
