Hi Expert,
My client has following requirement -
As he determines the many Person responsible in Partner tab of PM Order, and in Partner tab its arranging all Person responsible as per the Personnel no and first person responsible will only shows in "Person responsible" field of PM order header.
Can anyone suggest that, if we need to keep any Person responsible in top in partner tab ...then what to do ...?
or How we can keep any Person responsible in Header from Partner tab, where Partner tab have many Person responsible.
Please guide on above requirement.
Thanks
Sandeep
Greetings Sandeep,
Since it is the partner role that is defined for the purpose of the Order Header Partner (person responsible), then the way to guarantee this is to define a new Partner role.
E.g. in my example below, the standard role VW is a "main" person responsible, unique and assigned to the Header field. But in addition, I have defined a non-unique Partner role ZR in the same Partner Determination Procedure and that allows me to input multiple additional Persons Responsible in the Partner tab. But the relevance of this solution depends on how are you actually using the "top" and "additional" Persons Responsible #s in your business process.

Shivanand,
Check configuration transaction OIOM and make sure you've assigned the correct partner function to your order type as the "Partner Function of Order Header".

Hi Sebastian,
I have defined the same as per above suggestion but when i tried in iw31 creating order there am unable to see the partners. Request to share the configuration details top to end. Please suggest if i am missing something else.
Thank you
