How to set the Auto backup setting in sap b1

Hi Ganesh,

Install SAP B1 RSP and further proceed the configuration to auto backup.

Configuring Backup Storage

To configure the settings for backing up databases, use the Backup Storage tab of the Configuration window.

To access this tab, from the menu bar, choose Configuration Backup Storage .

Procedure

1. To configure the remote support platform to perform regular backups of company databases, select the Enable RSP Backups checkbox. The remote support platform can perform full and differential backups according to a specified schedule.
2. Specify the following settings:Network FolderEnter the full UNC path of the network folder in which you want to store database backup files.User NameEnter the user name of a Microsoft Windows domain account with read and write permissions for the network folder in which you want to store database backup files.PasswordEnter the password of the Microsoft Windows domain account with read and write permissions for the network folder in which you want to store database backup files.
3. To save your changes, choose the Save button.
