Dear Experts,
My client requirement is AL quota generation based employee actual working days.
For regular employees
Conditions:-
1. If employee work 240 days,he will entitled for 21 days(year end-Indian financial yea
2. If employee work 200 days,he will entitled for 17.5 days(Prorate base ).
3.Less than 240 days prorate base
4.More than 240 days he will entitled for 21 days.
5.Max carry forward 30 days
For Prohibition period employees
1. After running the confirmation action,based on actual working days he/she entitled for AL.
