Actual Hours Worked

Hi Experts,

I need to configure FMLA module in payroll. I have to choose time type to calculate the day balance. The day balance should include the actual hours worked by the employees(attendance and overtime). It should not include holidays and vacation hours.

Can you please tell me whether I have define a new time type ? if so how to do it ?

Hi,

Time types are defined in the table T555A.

In this table, you can create a new time type and then assign a processing type to this time type in table T555Y. Also make sure you set the modifiers correctly (TMON).

Please read the F1 help on the operation ADDDB. This operation is used to add the daily balances. You can use the T-code PE04 for reading the documentation.

In the TE log, please see the CUMBT block to get an overview of the where the system is storing the daily balances. Tables ZES stores the daily balances.
