Problem with message control while creating RFQ

Hi SAP gurus!!!

While I am creating RFQ, After saving each vendor details system stating that "No Message record could be found for output of message Saving it anyway?"

Shall I have to enter message output details like output type & communication methods for each time of saving vendor in creating RFQs.

If not, how to set up message control for RFQ ?

Can you help me in this regard with bit details..

Hi,

You should be able to just maintain one output record for the purchasing org /document type so that you don't need a record for every vendor.

That way you only have to set up a record for any vendor that needs different options.

Remember to go to the communications window and specify the device (printer) as well.

Check the settings like

1.Condition Tables

2.Access sequence

3.Message types

4.Message determination schemas

5.Partner roles for message types

all these are mantained it should work .
