Emails from Get Support

hi All.

when the users on the Portal submit requests clicking on the link 'Get Support' i need that all the requests should go to one sopecific email address. now emails go to the users who are admins. How is that possible. Or is it possible to send mail to users who have one similar role 'XYZ'.
