Column Labels not visible after UNION in graphical Calculation view

Hi All,

I am using several other calculation views with column labels defined and using all of them in my final CV. In the projection nodes, I can see the column labels. But once I am doing union of them , the labels are not showing up in my semantics. I tried running the command : Comment on Column "_sys_bic"."cv_name.column_name" is 'label'

It is getting executed successfully but not making any changes to the column labels. I want to avoid manual work of updating labels for each columns in semantics.

Please suggest a work-around to display column labels for my calculation view.

Pls update if anyone has faced similar problem. I am not getting any solution for this till now.

Go to Semantics node and choose the columns tab.

You can find EXTRACT SEMANTICS option from which we can get labels from underlying data sources.

Thanks Bhanu. The extract semantics from semantic nodes did not solve the problem in my case.I had to choose 'propagate to semantics' option from the projection node where labels were visible and it did propagate the labels up to semantics.
