User default comm type

Hi all,

We haven't been able to send e-mails to SC creators when the SC is rejected. We have now been successful to do that by changing the user's comm type to "E-mail" (it is blank by default). However it is not viable to do that for each user, and everytime a new user is created.

So I'd like to know if there is anyway to change the default comm type to "E-mail".

Hello again,

In the meantime I was able to solve the problem.

Following Note 645245, I used Transaction SM30, and entered the key BBP_COM_TYPE with the value INT in table BBP_CUST.
