Nope, that's not what i am looking for. I want some document where user can find steps to follow for each tranctions. i mean standard steps for eg. ME41, ME21N, MIGO.

You will not find readymade document, you need to add this as per your requirement.

Here is hte link for best practice documents for business users, you will not find screen shot in this but you can add it in this.
