Dear All

Afetr GRIN my client want to book material directly to consumption account. Without stock updation.For this i used WERT material type.

I have created material code in WERT material type.But during PR i had one error as "no procurement defined fot the material".

Help me

Hi,

Please try account assignment PO.There are are many account assignment categories. you can genearlly use cost center (K). For such PO when you mage GR the material will not be inventorised.There is no need of using a new material type.

I collected the below information from help.

WERT represents a group of articles whose inventory is to be managed on a value basis, but not on an article basis used in IS Retail.

To allow you to manage stocks on a value basis, profiles have been created in Customizing for Valuation and Account Assignment in Profiles for Value-Based Inventory Management. These profiles are valid for the whole client and specify for a site whether and in what form value-based inventory management is allowed. You must assign the profiles to the site in site maintenance.

So, go through "Articles: Value-Only Articles" in IS retail for more idea on this.

Hi,

you could either use a "non-stock" material type or simply enter an account assignment category on the PO and this will post directly to consumption regardless of the material type.
