Hierarchy Characteristic Display Problem

User defined hierarchy report is displaying properly with headcount,

But,I have a problem when I am trying to add additional characteristics to the report.It is showing incorrect display with multiple records against each employee Id(key).

But when I deactivate hierarchy,the report is displaying one record for employee id correctly.Why It is happening like this.

Complete hierarchy is time dependent.

Please help me to analyze.
