Greetings,
as the title of this question says, I am trying to subscribe to the SAP Cloud Portal service with an account in the productive environment. When I was using a trial account, this was fairly easy to do, but now I am neither able to find the SAP Cloud Portal entry under "Services", nor am I able to add it under "Subscriptions".
It seems that in order to add the application "flpportal" as a subscription, one would need to choose the correct provider subaccount. On the trial account that would was "trial", which obviously should not be the same in my case anymore. I should mention that I am using the SAP Cloud Platform through a subaccount, so I may not have all the necessary rights. For example, when I try to add a new subscription, I can only choose from three entries in the provider subaccount drop down list. These are: the designation for my own account, "sapwebide" and "themedesigner".
