Dear SDN Experts,
we have defined a user with the super admin role and would like to execute a report. If we go to "Content Administration --> KM-Content --> Toolbox --> Reports" we get the message "No reports are available in this folder. Choose another folder.".
Following Settings have been made since we got this problem:
- User has full permissions (ServiceACL's / read, write, delete / Change Ressource Permissions)
- Super Admin is the owner of the folder and has full rights
- After changing the ressource permissions the java engine has been restarted
I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions for solving my problem. The Version of our Portal is Ep 7.0 SPS 10
