How to Download the Smartforms from SAP 4.6C

Dear Experts,

I am working in the SAP Upgradation Project.In our Project we are upgrading the SAP 4.6C with ECC6.0.For this We are moving all the Objects from SAP 4.6C to ECC6.0.Can anybody tell me How to Download the Smartforms from SAP 4.6C.It would be More helpful for me.

If anybody working in Upgradation Project could you Please tell me How you Download the Smartforms.

It is Very Urgent.
