I am using CRM 5.0 . I have a requirement in IC WebClient to add a field in service complain page. The extra field required is already added in WinClient. Now I want to add the same field in WebClient. How is it possible? If it is added in WinClient is it available in WebClient automatically or it requires some coding (BSP, Controller etc) for it. Is there any process available to import the fields from WinClient to WebClient ?
