MM- Handling Unit

Hi Gurus,

We have got materials with Handling unit.

When we are consuming some materials with reference to process order it gives following error:HU item refers to Inspection Lot.

Message No: HuGeneral 320

It asks to create QM movement.

Why it is not asking the for other materials with Handling units?

If QM is activated there needs to be some settings made in the QM view of the materual master such as the Inspection type that is t be carried out. It could be that this material is activated for QM and the other materials are not ??

I checked all the masters but I couldn't be able to track. anyway can you please tell me what settings force using Handling Unit?

I mean I don't want to use WM but I want to use handling units for some products is it possible? If yes can you please bried the config?
