SAP GRC FIORI Request Access Error

Hi People,

I'm facing an error while deploying Standard fiori app - Request Access -

I have done the required backend configuration BUT while doing MAINTAIN CUSTOM FIELDS activity its not showing the values. (screenshot attached).

Can anybody let me know what am I missing?
