Fiori GRC Error - "Item '0001' resulted to ''; cannot resolve path; check routing mapping"

Hi Guys,

I'm implementing SAP GRC Request Access standard app- Hub deployment - GW & GRC on latest patch level. Roles & authorization are all good.

The issue what I'm facing is in REQUEST ACCESS App, while submitting the request

getting the following error - "Item '0001' resulted to ''; cannot resolve path; check routing mapping"

Appreciate your help.

Please share your MSMP configuration for this and check that you did generate for current version

Can you share the note/sap doc which provides the MSMP config details to cross verify.

The MSMP is GRC workflow configuration that you need to configure/activate for your requirement

Have a look at the useful documents that the community put together

Within this you can get to document https://www.sap.com/documents/2011/07/107f0bb1-557c-0010-82c7-eda71af511fa.html which still is valid regardless of which release you are on

Thanks for the reply.

I have manually configured the SAP Note1814166’ - GRC AC 10.0 10.1: ITEM 0001 resulted to Cannot resolve path; check routing mapping in the backend system but I'm getting the same error.

Anything else could be done, Pl let me know.

Hello A J,

Please check your MSMP configurations. Ans try to submit same request from NWBC and check if it works.

I have created a request from NWBC and it's getting created.

Please help, it's quite critical to solve it at this stage.
