CRM Knowledge Base



I have a problem while compiling the problem and solution in Knowledge Base. I've tried full compile and delta compile. The status shows "Queued" for a very long time. I try to cancel it, but after clicking the Cancel button, the web page becomes blank (blanked white screen). Only after clicking Refresh, it shows the page again, and still the process is not cancelled. I've also tried to delete the index, but status still showing "Queued".

FYI, the TREX server is seating on the same box with CRM. We have 2 clients. It works on test client, it did not work in production client. Both client client are on the same server.

FYI, my CRM is CRM 5.0 and TREX version 7.0.
