Return Delivery - MD04

I created a return delivery for a component and completed the shipment. The return delivery quantity still shows in MD04. The system has not removed the shipment quantity even though the shipment has been completed. For the same material I have another return delivery that does not show up on MD04. How can I remove the completed shipments from MD04 so that MRP does not take these old return deliveries into consideration.

Hello Ravi,

Some times the SD table VBBE is updated after the completion of delivery. So you can run the program SDRQCR21 from SE38 transaction. Give the inputs of material number, plant and if possible document number,

Please select all the 4 check boxes but remember do not execute this program if any of these transactions is running in paralle. (VA01, VA02, VA31 and VA32).

After executing this the completed delivery will disappear and MD04 will have real data only.

Hai Ravi and Taj,

Regarding this VBBE table i got a different issue . in my factory calendar wrongly assigned a day as holiday so it propose all the delivery date before day. But when i go and change the holiday . but it is not getting updated for my confirm date . still users confirm a long list of items for the wrong holiday but system propose the day before even i change the holiday it is not giving the actual date. but we can confirm thru every line item it is getting up dated and it is very long process to go to every line item and reconfirming . so i ran SDQCR21 but it is not getting updated.

Hello Ravi,

There is no program or solution to avaoid this problem because VBBE table will not updated time to time with changes and these are common. You have to schedule this jon before MRP run at plant level (creating variant from SE38).
