Hello Experts,

We are getting below error when we try to enter Batches in Delivery. This Delivery is WM Transfer Order related. system disabled batches field before TO created. User requirement is they need to enter Batches before creating TO.

Error: Batch split is not permitted for material ****** in item 00010

Message No. VL220

Diagnose.

The material is neither managed in Batches nor dependent on the valuation type.

Please help me is there any possibilities on it.

Not clear with the requirement !!!!

When the material is not batch managed, why the users want to key in that in Delivery ?

I Given temporary solution to User. I removed storage location and enter same storage location, system accepted batch split. I didn't find permanent solution. User satisfied with this solution.

Please check first that your material master record have been ticked to Batch management,
