Report on overdue tasks in Process Route for Engineering Records

We are using Process Routes and Tasks for Engineering Records.

These task usually have either a deadline date or more often a number of days for the task to be actioned.

Tasks not actioned in that time period show up on the Process route in RED and are flagged as overdue.

Is there a report that we can run to tell me about all the overdue ones ? Or is there logic anywhere that can alert someone that the task has not been done etc ?

Hi,

Nothing currently exists in standard...however SAP are planning to deliver something in this space as part of the PLM Customer connect

Hi Gary,

I would create a new POWL query (restrict auth to admin only) and it should show up in your active queries.

As far as i know if you want to alert someone with email you can do Enhancements in 78900007 (Workflow Template) to add Deadline monitoring to the task.
