Skip inspection for subcon stock

Dear experts,

i have a setting as followed

1) master data set 01 insp type as active

2) insp plan set as skip inspection.

3) material is delivered direct in subcontractor. In the purchase order, in the view Delivery Address, the field vendor and hceck button SC vendor is filled.

When inbound delivery is done on the PO (mvt 101 O), inspection lot is generated but stock is already in unrestricted. we have an background job for QA10 to auto UD skipped and completed lots, the auto UD has been done but the posting is failed under error :update control of movement type is incorrect (entry 311 X X O)

need your advise is there any way to resolve this? any setting can be made?

Check table T156SY: entry 311 X X O does not exist

Message no. M7001

Diagnosis

In table T156SY the entry 311 X X O is missing.

Procedure

Make sure your entries are correct.

If table has not been maintained correctly, please inform your systems administrator.

Sorry, I didn't found a good message related to MvT 311, apart form the below ones -

Looks like changing the table T156SY would be change of SAP standard and not a recommended approach.

Please can you raise a OSS message on this regards, for a quick resolution.

I believe the issue is that the movement type requires a special indicator for sub-contractor stock. I know there are a lot of OSS notes involved with sub-contracting lots. Please reveiw OSS for applicable notes. You might find an applicable note for this.

i believe there isnt any 311O as stock provided to vendor do not have Sloc. i was thinking is there any alternatives to handle this kind of scenario. - skip lot for subcon stock.

Not that I'm aware of. I think you'll have to ask SAP directly about this. Please share if you get an answer.
