Cost Center replication from SAP HCM to Successfactors using SAP PO (OnPremise)

Dear Experts,

We have implemented integration between Successfactors and SAP ERP using Dell Boomi. The scenarios we have integrated are:

1.Cost center replication from SAP ERP to Successfactors
2.Employee data replication from Successfactors to SAP ERP
3.Organizational data from Successfactors to SAP ERP.

Now we want to move the above integration scenarios from Boomi to SAP PO 7.4 SP11 (OnPremise).

I have two questions:
1.In SAP PO ESR Standard content provided by SAP, I could not find scenario for Cost Center replication. Is this scenario added recently?
2. Please can you let us know whether the Add-on installed in SAP ERP to enable Successfactors Integration using Boomi could be used as such for Successfactors Integration using SAP PI (that we are planning to implement). If not, please can you suggest what Add-Ons to be implemented in SAP ERP to enable successfactors integration using SAP PI.
