Which side is benificial?

Can u guide me for my future which is more useful SAP-HR or SAP-Newtweaver?

Hi,

If you have some realtime experience in HR related company's it is better to go for HR.

If you are a BE or MCA holder and having good programming skills go for Netweaver.

If you are computer graduate and have Java Knowledge, then from future point of view you should opt for Netweaver.

Hi..

If you like programming and technical just choose Netweaver. But if you prefer Business Process then you should choose SAP-HR.

And I think both of them is useful.
