SCM 4.0 does it has EM build in

Dear all,

I have installed SCM 4.0 (Windows & MSSQL) and the installation is done successfully.

But our functional team wants to work on SCEM (Event Management), does SCM 4.0 has EM build in? if so how to I find it?

Other does EM has to be activated seperately??
