Help on Mail Adapter

Hi all,

I am implementing a FTP to Mail scenario. The message is getting picked up and it is giving an error on the mail adapter side.

2007-04-10 19:55:01 Error Exception caught by adapter framework: null

2007-04-10 19:55:01 Error Delivery of the message to the application using connection AFW failed, due to: RecoverableException.

Any ideas? Points will be awarded if you solve my problem or atleast help me to solve it.
