Question on SONiC (SAP Office Notification Connector)

It is mentioned in this <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/8525afd0-0d01-0010-aaa0-ac6b9e3a2907">Thread</a> that "Object attachments (for example: Workitems) not supported".. is it only for GOS attachments or any attachments in general? ie

Suppose the emails in the SAP In-box have an ABAP List as attachment, would they be pulled

into the UWL with help of this Connector?

I would appreciate if anyone can clarify the above.

Can Sonic bring Notifications from SAP Inbox over to the UWL in HTMl format, currently it does not preserve the SAP Inbox format. I have a URL that appears as a hyperlink in the SAP Inbox (because i have use <a href="URL"> </a> tag) and i while bringing that notification over to the UWL using SONIC the URL appears as a plain text.

I will appreciate any ideas.

Hi Suresh,

Unlike workflow tasks that appear in the UWL, the office notification connector cannot <i>render</i> the attachments. The code was simply never added to do this because the connector was originally built more for example/training purposes .

If anyone wants to add this capability to the connector (java skills required) then they are more than welcome. No - that's too mild a word for it - there'll be a blazing fanfare

Can any one let me know how the code of the notification connector is imported to Netweaver Developer Studio.

When I'm trying to import by File-->Import and browsing the Local DCs Zip file provided in the SONic link, it is saying that no .project file exists.
