Hi Srikant,

It seems you faced a timeout while loading the template. How many minutes were Excel already trying to load the template before receiving the error message? Maybe try to filter more the data you are trying to open, it may be an amount above the recommended limit.

Hi Thanks you for your updates,

I resolved the issue it was with patch updates (BW and EPM add in SPS) with latest service packs.
