Counting the Number of Documents

I have a bespoke cube of which I`m pumping 4 ODS

ODS A - Service Process (Header)

ODS B - Service Process (Item)

ODS C - Service Confirmation (Header)

ODS D - Service Confirmation (Item)

So, it will automatically populate 4 lines of data records for each set of data load

I need to count the Number of Service Process documents with a certain type of Item Category only say 'FFPL'

So in order to achieve the counting of <b>unique</b> 'Number of Service Process Documents' , I created one Calculated Key Figure using 0CRM_NUMOFI( Number of Document Items) and need to do a Exception Aggregation over the Service Process document no.

So, which type of Exception Aggretion should I be using here :-

? Use Standard Aggregation

? Total

? Exception If More Than One Record Occurs

? Exception If More Than One Value Occurs

? Exception If More Than One Value <> 0 Occurs

? Counting All Values

? Count All Values <> 0

Hi Chris,

Was wondering if it could be done by putting a restriction on number of records by selecting infoprovider ODS - A .
