SAP PI/PO vs HCI for CPM and C4C Integration

The Question is if we can use SAP HCI for the subject integration. The admin guids says SAP PI 7.11 ( ABAP and Java ).

Is it possible to integrate Standard SAP C4C sales to SAP CPM? Without having the IS solution activated in SAP C4C.

Actually, we are integration C4C with CPM V200 installed on S4hana 1610 through PO 7.5 or through HCI .

And we need details on Software component package for PO and Intergration Guide for it.
