I can not add new Validation group

Hello experts,

I have upgrade from MDM 5.5 SP03 to MDM 5.5 SP04.

And now when I try to choose from the context menu <i>Edit Validation Groups</i>, MDM Data manager is closed. I can not add new Validation group.

anyone know as this solve?
