Issue: Transfer of old Asset NBV to New Asset with in same company code

Hi Experts,

Below are the details of the issue:

User wish to transfer only NBV of existing asset to the new asset within that same asset class and company code. Therefore, we have removed the depreciation key in send asset master data and perform repeat the deprecation run for that month. While performing the ABUMN and in partial tab enter NBV of the sender asset, However, it’s not only transferring NBV but also value adjustment entry is posted in to New Asset. The adjustment value is showing in receiving Asset has accumulated depreciation.

Is there any way to transfer only NBV to the receiving asset? For more details refer to the attachment with screen shots.

Appreciated experts could help on this issue.

Did you try using a transfer variant with net method? (variant 4).
