Changing the Start date of 5000 Objects at a stretch

Hi All

One requirement where I am facing problem.

Due to some mistake I have taken some other start date for Objects.

Now I got the actual start date, which should be in those Objects.

Can any one Suggest how to change it at a stretch with the list of new start date.
