Excel shows only half entries in ALV

Hi,

I have developed a ALV Report.When i switch to excel in the application toolbar of ouput it displays only half entris.

i.e If my output contains 6 entries , if we switch to excel it shows ony three entries.

Please give me the solution ASAP.

hi

same problem i have faced. for me that was happend in only one system. so i asked basis to update SAP Logon Pad with new patches in that system. after that problem solved.

if you are facing only single system check the patch no and version no. if you are facing entire server then try in any other system like IDES or Production or quality system.

Hi Veda Kumar,

If u copy the Prog. <b>SAPLSALV</b> and Pf-status <b>STANDARD</b> in se41 to u r own zstatus then it will work fine.

Use <b>LOCAL FILE</b> option in ALV output. so u can get the All the records which apper at ALV output on u r excell file also.
