Business Event for Policy Approval

Hi All,

GRC 10.1 SP 11

The GRC 330 doc. says, that Business event in ' Maintain Custom agent determination rules' will also determine the Approver of Policy. I did exactly the same, as below:

0FN_POLICY_APPROVE and 0FN_POLICY_DEFAULT_APPR. But i get error, ' there is no approver assigned to the policy'

I have assigned role as per attachment

Regards

Plaban

Hi Silky,

As I understand, default approvers mean that, when Approvers at Policy level(under tab Roles in a Policy)are not assigned, the approvers are picked from Org. assignment. If I am assigning users as Policy approvers at Policy level, then default approvers are not required to be maintained.

Hello Plaban,

I cannot see any attachment.

But can you check if you have assigned users to the roles at the policy level( assigned to the business events

0FN_POLICY_APPROVE and 0FN_POLICY_DEFAULT_APPR).

You can also check the table HRP1852 and give the details of the role and the entity ID and check if you have any valid user assigned.

Silky
