How to check Number of Periods processed for an employee while executing International Payroll ?

Hi Professionals,

I executed a payroll for the month and the total strength of employees is 1182. However, when I check statistics after execution of payroll, successful personnel numbers are 1182, but Number of Periods are 1185 (Screenshot Attached) It means retro of an employee for 3 months is executed. Can i check which personnel number is evaluated for 3 months processing?

P.S. Display logs while execution of payroll is unchecked always

If you have NOT yet run actual payroll for 1182 employees, you can find employees who has retroactive py run by checking IT3 (you can use either SE16 - tbl pa0003 or addhoc query to extract).

You check IT3 - field Earliest MD change which it's # blank and backdated date (e.g. the field is 10.04.2017).

For your case 1185: so may be 3 employees backdated 1 month. Or 1 employee backdated 3 months. Or 1 emp backdated 1 month and 1 emp backdated 2 month 😄

Hope it helps.

Best Regards,

Hi Sami ullah,

you can flag "Display log" while executing payroll driver or else if its live run then you can check PC00_M99_CWTR tcode with selection inputs as Personnnel number,For period,In period etc under "Object selection" tab and execute it. In the output you can find the pernr which has got retro and then you can check payroll results as well in PC_PAYRESULT tcode

Hi Fareedh,

Thank you so much for your reply. Actually the client do not flag the Display Log as the program runs very slow and crash sometimes due to excess number of inputs. Secondly, we need to trace the error before the execution of the live payroll.

It either means an employee has retro or an employee have few sub-periods within your payroll period. An option could be to use PC00_M99_CWTR transaction, sort output by in-period.... that would gives which employees has had retro.

Hi Antonine,

This transaction code is for Wage type reporter. In my case, payroll is not executed live yet, the statistics logs i shared is when payroll was executed in simulation mode. I need to find a solution before the live execution of the payroll.

Thank you

ok, that was not so clear from your question... anyway much easier IF THERE IS NO PAYROLL YET FOR THE PERIOD you could query the retro date from infotype 0003 maybe.
